MID-DAY MEAL ME AB SOAP BHI MILEGA

स्कूलों में मिड-डे मील खाने वाले छोटे-छोटे बच्चों को अब हाथ धोने के लिए साबुन भी उपलब्ध करवाया जाएगा। मिड डे मील (एमडीएम) स्कीम के तहत छात्रों की संख्या के मुताबिक हाथ धोने के लिए साबुन खरीद का पैसा बैंक खाते में आएगा। मिड-डे मील लेने से पहले बच्चों को साबुन से हाथ धुलवाने की जिम्मेदारी स्कूल में मौजूद एमडीएम इंचार्ज की होगी। शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा योजना को लागू करने का उद्देश्य स्वच्छता के नारे को बुलंद करना है ताकि छोटे बच्चे बीमारियों की पकड़ से बाहर रहें। प्रदेशभर के सरकारी स्कूलों बच्चों को मिड-डे मील के रूप में दोपहर का भोजन मुफ्त में दिया जाता है। स्कूलों में खाना खाने से पहले बच्चों को हाथ धोने के लिए साबुन उपलब्ध नहीं होता है। जिसके चलते बच्चे गंदे हाथों से ही भोजन ग्रहण कर लेते हैं। ऐसे में 
100 में 20 बच्चे ही पानी से हाथ धोते हैं। मौलिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने बच्चों की स्वच्छता के प्रति ध्यान रखते हुए स्कूलों में साबुन उपलब्ध करवाने का फैसला लिया है। मौलिक शिक्षा निदेशालय ने पत्र (1/22-2012 एमडीएम (1) जारी कर सभी विद्यालयों में छात्र संख्या के हिसाब से प्रतिमाह साबुन की टिकिया खरीदना अनिवार्य कर दिया है। 20 छात्रों पर एक टिकिया देय होगा। 60 से अधिक प्रत्येक 20 छात्रों पर एक अतिरिक्त साबुन खरीदा जाएगा। एक साबुन टिकिया के लिए विभाग से अधिकतम 10 रुपये दिए जाएंगे। साबुन खरीद की प्रविष्टि विद्यालय के स्टॉक रजिस्टर में दर्ज करनी होगी, लेकिन किसी भी सूरत में विद्यालय में साबुन का स्टॉक नहीं रखा जाएगा। आरटीजीएस से आएगी राशि आरटीजीएस के माध्यम से साबुन खरीदने के लिए राशि भेजी जाएगी। विद्यालय स्तर पर प्रभारी प्रतिमास इसे खरीदेंगे। खरीद से संबंधित दस्तावेज इंचार्ज को सुरक्षित रखना होगा। भविष्य में जांच के दौरान इसे सत्यापित किया जा सकेगा। जिन स्कूलों के बैंक खाते व आइएफएससी कोड नहीं उन्हें हिदायत दी गई है कि वे बैंक में खाता खुलवाकर निदेशालय को तत्काल सूचित करें। ताकि उनका पैसा समय से खाते में ट्रांसफर हो सके। योजना लागू करने के निर्देश जिला मौलिक शिक्षा अधिकारी वंदना गुप्ता ने बताया कि जिला में योजना को पूरी तरह से लागू कर दिया गया है। स्कूल मुखियाओं को मिड-डे मील परोसने से पहले बच्चों के हाथ धुलवाने के निर्देश दिए गए है। योजना के लागू होने से बच्चे बीमारियों के संक्रमण से बचेंगे।
