Education Haryana, Bhiwani. The deputation shall be governed by the terms and conditions

Controller of Exam=01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 8000/-
(a) Educational Qualification :-
M.A./MSc./M.Com. IInd Class.
(b) Experience:
8 years experience as Deputy Director/Deputy Registrar in a University/ Board OR as
a Principal in a College OR as Reader.
Joint Secretary=01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 7600/-
(a) Educational Qualification :-
Post Graduate with Second division.
(b) Experience:
10 years educational / Administrative experience.
Deputy Secretary=01 Post
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 6000/-
(a) Educational Qualification :-
A Second Class Master’s Degree/LLB Degree (Relaxable in division /class in the case
of internal candidates where the record of service is exceptionally good).
(b) Experience:
10 years teaching experience in Senior Secondary School / College as Lecturer.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have Educational Administrative
Experience.
Assistant Secretary=02 Posts
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 5400/-+200/- Special Pay
(a) Educational Qualification :-
A Bachelor’s Degree in second class OR a Master’s Degree in second class provided
that the condition of division may be relaxed in case of internal candidates where the
records of service is exceptionally good.
(b) Experience:
5 years experience as Superintendent OR Deputy Superintendent in a University /
Examining body conducting public exams.
Assistant Director=02 Posts
Pay Scale Rs. 15600-39100-PB-3+GP 5400/-
(a) Educational Qualification :-
M.A./M.Sc. with B.Ed. Second division in both preferably M.Ed. Second division.
(b) Experience:
5 years teaching experience in a High / Senior Secondary School / College of
Education.
N.B. :-
1. Candidates already employed in Government of India or the Government of any State
or any Semi-Government organisation, Public Undertaking, Corporation or University
should apply through proper channel. Applications not forwarded through
proper channel will not be considered.
